The transport isolation box (portable isolator) IZO.06 is a mobile device that allows for the initial transportation of persons suspected of being infected with especially dangerous infections, or patients who have been affected by microbiological substances from the infected territories, to a hospital that is intended to treat such victims.

Such specialized insulating stretchers can also be used as a means of protection from a "polluted" environment for the transport of patients with weakened immunity.

The main differences of this product are reduced product dimensions and reduced weight, which makes it more mobile and convenient for transporting the patient.

Product Features

The transport insulating box (portable and soliter) is made by high-frequency welding (HDTV) with additional sealing of the seams with tapes using the technology of high-temperature "splicing" (joints).
External dimensions of the insulator: 2000х600х440 (± 2) mm.

Glove ports

The transport insulating box is equipped with four gloves with a replaceable wrist part for the safe implementation of the necessary manipulations inside the insulator. To ensure the convenience of the operator when working with the patient, the glove ports have an oval shape and an ergonomic arrangement.

Patient Mounting System

The patient
is fixed inside the insulator in two ways: 1 - four-point mount for fixing the body;
2 - mounts for fixing the legs.

Stretcher Attachment System A reliable (aviation) system for attaching an insulator to a stretcher is carried out using pull straps.

Ports for connecting external devices The

portable isolator is equipped with a sufficient number of ports for air-tight supply of hoses with infusion solutions, drainage, ECG electrodes and artificial ventilation systems.

Transfer lock

For safe insertion and removal of individual items, the isolator is equipped with a transfer lock with two pressurized zippers, which structurally exclude the possibility of unfastening on the one hand at the same time to prevent unprotected through access to the inside of the isolator.

Filters

The product uses specially developed Russian anti-aerosol filters of class P3. Filters are designed to protect against solid or liquid, radioactive or highly toxic particles, aerosols, bacteria, viruses. Two filters are located outside the product, two inside.

Supply and exhaust system The

MAIN DIFFERENCE of the insulating stretcher manufactured by LAMSYSTEMS from its international counterparts is the supply and exhaust system that provides not only air removal and maintenance of negative pressure, but also a controlled inflow through two active ventilation systems.
The exhaust system provides normalized maintenance of negative pressure, and the supply system provides the necessary volume of air supply to ensure normal patient well-being.
Both systems are calibrated at the factory. The consumer does not need to adjust the modes and air flow rates. Both systems are launched with the click of a button.
System operating time without recharging 8 hours. Charging can be carried out during operation from a stationary power supply 220/12 V.

Monitoring pressure maintenance

The system allows the use of various pressure modes (negative, positive). In negative pressure mode, BSL-3 is protected.
In order to continuously monitor the maintenance of negative pressure on the control panel displays the pressure inside the insulator.
The control unit is equipped with an audible alarm - in case of depressurization, the control system starts automatic pressure maintenance inside the insulator.

Thermo-

zipper The sealed zipper is located in the lower part of the portable insulator, which makes it easy to load the patient. The position of the pressure lightning 10 centimeters above the bottom of the box prevents the flow of liquids and protects against environmental pollution.

Folding stretchers

The box is supplied with metal folding stretchers, which provide structural rigidity and ease of patient transportation.
